Since 2024 we received 40 reviews of 1 or 2 stars across more than 6,900+ appointments. That is six tenths of one percent. We will say it plainly: those 40 people left without what they came for, and that is 40 too many.
What those bad reviews actually say
Nearly every negative review is about the same thing: someone booked an appointment expecting a long styling consultation, and got a one-hour fitting from stock.
That one is on us. Not on the service, but on what we promised beforehand. We have rewritten our appointment page so you know exactly what you are booking. If you do want guidance, you can book that with us — we simply stopped pretending it fits into every hour automatically.
We have also replied too sharply to some reviews in the past. If you come across an old answer from us that reads as short or hard: that could have been better, and we have stopped doing it.
If something goes wrong, we fix it
We sell suits, not arguments. If you are not happy, tell us before you write a review — nine times out of ten it is sorted that same week.

What an appointment with us is
To avoid disappointment, here is exactly what to expect. If this sounds like what you want, you are in the right place.
One hour, and usually that is plenty
Our customers typically try three to five suits and walk out with one. We sell from stock, so you take it home the same day.
Over 2,000 suits in the shop
Wool, linen, Italian fabrics, classic and modern, sizes 44 to 64. What you see online is a part of what is on the rails.

Alongside stock we make suits to measure from €600, with your choice of fabric and fittings in our own atelier.
